Business Development Executive

Duties and Responsibilities:

Discusses business methods, products or services and targets customer group with employer or client in order to identify marketing requirements;
Establishes an appropriate quantitative and qualitative market research methodology and prepares proposals outlining programmes of work and details of costs;
Collates and interprets findings of market research and presents results to clients;
Discusses possible changes that need to be made in terms of design, price, packaging, promotion etc. in light of market research with appropriate departments; briefs advertising team on client requirements, monitors the progress of advertising campaigns and liaises with client on potential modifications. Develop new business relationships, generate and negotiate new revenue streams. Presenting the Company to potential clients through direct communication. Responsible for generating own leads and appointments setting. Actively and successfully manage the Sales process leads generation, credentials pitch, negotiation and account management. Have an understanding of clients Sales & Marketing objectives in any sector. To be responsible for the sourcing and development of e-technology / e-commerce marketing solutions for digital, direct and data marketing for the brand. Be willing to travel within UK or international, if needed for the expansion of the business Should have an in-depth knowledge of the business and it’s rules and regulations in the UK.

Qualifications and Skills:

Minimum graduation degree at UK standard level with knowledge of at least 1 additional language other than English. Knowledge of Local market and customer needs would be added advantage. 2 years of experience in sales / marketing / Business Management / Logistic / trade / import export industry / Finance sector, with 1 years' experience as a Business Development Executive / Project Manager or above in any sector preferably in sales / marketing / management / Logistic / trade / import-export industry / Finance sector, along with excellent customer service skills. We are open to provide training and support to right candidate who has potential and flares to grow with us on long term basis.

IOS Developer

4-6 years of experience into iOS/Mobile engineering
Work Experience -Core data, SQLite with Objective-C and relative iOS SDKs
Expertise of Cocoa, Objective C, Xcode and business apps development.
Ability to interface to the systems using either JSON or XML.
Good knowledge in OOP concepts and Design patterns.
Client Server communication using REST, SOAP, Http, etc.
Experience in Core data, Location Based Services, MapKit, Address Book, Push notification, audio/video streaming, etc.

Full Stack Developer

Must have 5 to 8 of overall IT industry experience.
Must have end to end application development experience (Frontend/middle-tier/backend).
Must have experience working with JQuery/HTML5/CSS3/JavaScript.
Must have strong Core Java/J2EE development skills.
Must have extensive experience with (Spring or Struts or JSF) framework.
Must have experience developing and consuming web services (REST API or SOAP).

SAP HANA Consultant (Exp: 3-4 Years Exp)

SAP HANA Consultant will be responsible for successful delivery of functional and technical components of Business Intelligence (BI) reporting solutions using SAP HANA In-Memory Computing.
Experience with SAP HANA Data Provisioning and using SAP LT Replication Server (SLT).
Experience with Data Extraction Transfer Loading (ETL) using SAP BOBJ Data Services 4.
Experience with SAP ECC table data model and analysis Experience with SAP HANA data modeling using Attribute View, Analytic View, and Calculation View.
Experience with SAP HANA programming including SQL, SQL Script, and CEScript.

Tableau Consultant

6+ years of experience with Tableau products (Tableau Desktop, Tableau Server), with experience as both a developer and architect.
The ideal candidate should be analytical, detail /results oriented with excellent problem-solving skills and strong work ethic. Highly motivated self-starter and an evangelist for the product with deep understanding of customer needs.
Strong report/dashboard design experience. A passionate practitioner of effective data visualization.
Familiarity with best practices around visualization and design.
Experience with Teradata or Hadoop or Netezza or Greenplum.
Strong skills in writing SQL is required

Hadoop Engineer

5+ years of industry experience with atleast 2+yrs experience working with the Hadoop platform and good understanding of the best practices on Hadoop platform.
Very strong coding skills in Java, Python, SQL and HDFS.
The ideal candidate should have detail /results oriented with excellent problem-solving skills and strong work ethic.
A plus: map-reduce, pig, hbase, oozie, hive, ec2 and related technologies.

Java - Senior Software Engineer

BE/BTech/MCA & MBA with a sound industry experience of 6-8 yrs
Java 5, JEE, XML, Web Services (Axis 2), SQL, ANT
Strong in Pl/SQL, Spring, Hibernate, Castor, any Enterprise Messaging System
Should have strong knowledge and experience on Tomcat and or Websphere / Weblogic
Real time knowledge and experience on enterprise system integration, Preferably from Insurance, Banking (Compliance specifically), Financial domain background

Senior Graphic Designer

2-10 years of professional experience in graphic design.
Expert in Adobe Photoshop (Even your dreams have Layers!)
Familiarity with video editing software (Adobe Premier etc.) and product demo or promotional video software (PowToon etc.)
Good experience of designing squeeze pages, landing pages, website pages, product guides, demo videos, presentations, white papers, e-books, brochures, emailers, banners for social media, hoardings and banners for offline conferences.
Knowledge and appreciation of UI/UX and Conversion Rate Optimization principles and experience of wireframing tasks using Axure/Balasmiq
Knowledge of Wordpress, Unbounce, HTML and CSS is a strong plus

Sr. PHP Developer
